Omega-3 mealworm

OVAD’s mealworm larvae (Tenebrio molitor) with an increased content of n-3 fatty acids are raised on specially formulated feeds by us. Our larvae are safe and undergo regular analysis for microbial and parasite content.

Our breeding technology enables us to increase the Omega-3 fatty acid content in the larvae by nearly sevenfold. The larvae can be used as feed for various animal species, including birds, fish, reptiles, and other companion animals. The larvae are mechanically sorted, ensuring they are free from additional contaminants.
